For the 4th I'm going to smoke a whole chicken with some BB ribs and some brats.Here is my question,what temp should the chicken be when I put it on the smoker?Thanks in advance!
Anyway,about three weeks ago I smoked some babayback ribs(two slabs).I used a dry rub off the internet(salt,pepper,paprika and brown sugar) and cooked them by the 3-2-1 method.I did not like them!The wife didnt like them and the kids didn't either!I took some over to my parents and they tried...
I need a simple rub for my first atempt at smoking some ribs next weekend.By simple I mean,few ingredients,nothing realy hot or spicy,just something I can start with.I will be using the 3-2-1 method.Thanks for any information in advance!
