Well said. Everyone seems to be wearing bloomers any more. Cannot make decisions for themselves and get feelings hurt all the time. I don't believe I ever talk to anyone that gets offended, until everyone gets offended. Sad, sad, sad.

Welcome Hawg. Around here tritips are very easy to get. They do not take long to cook and have terrific flavor. It is always a go to for me when I want something quick and tasty.
I actually don't even use the mailbox either. Seems adequate with no mods, and my model sounds like the very same. Pellet tray stays going every time. Just my experience though.

That looks really terrific. My go to is always a ribeye and I don't recall ever seeing a cowboy cut steak. Per recomendation, I will keep a look out for one.
