Smoked the taters till the rib meat got to 160 (just started to soften) then put them in the oven for 45 minutes at 375. They actually turned out awesome did have a bit of a smoke flavor to them
Easing back in. It's been busy winter and crazy windy. Smoking a few boneless ribs tonight. Maple smoke w/ Hughs dry rub. 24 hour marinade. Side up W/ bakers and corn on the cob since they are 4 for a buck. Wife has a killer butter sauce for the corn. Going to have to save the recipe till...
Looks good Gotarace. Have been wanting to do a Pastrami. Local grocery store has 2 for 1 corned beef. Thanks for the inspiraton. Looks like a project for next weekend!
Smoked a couple of these last weekend and they were awesome!!! 2 inch thick Pork loin center chops. And my wife Dana made a kick ass breakfast to start the day. Plan on using maple/apple mix for smoke. Pressure is on for a tasty dinner!
