    My family growing up was the same. In fact my mother still has some of those knives that are just as dull now as they were in the 70s. I keep mine super sharp with a Work Sharp. Boy scouts taught me using sharp knives is safer than using dull ones.

    I smoke every weekend. Usually a bunch of different things that we can eat throughout the week. Also freeze things for a later date or give to my family.

    Thanks for sharing Al. I have cooked partially thawed butts before, but never totally frozen. I've been happy with Wild fork ribs also. And they have been a LOT cheaper than Publix
