10-4 All three hold their value extremely well. If you ever do decide to look at a Stumps go to any FBA (Florida BBQ Assn) contest......there are a chit load of them out there
None of the three are cheap, but they are top notch and hold there value well.

I love the Stumps since it is so well insulated and gravity feed. Definite biase towards this since I have one and
Spicewine - another good insulated...
Nowhere near all inclusive, but for me I got to have
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Granulated garlic
Those three go along ways for me.
After that
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Chili Powder
Brown Sugar (I know it isn't a spice)
Cinamon
Onion Powder
Cumin
Just off the top of my head........have fun...
How much you want to spend?
I am always eager to push Stumps on people.
May want to take a look at spicewine's and backwoods for quality vertical charcoal units just to name a couple.
Not that anyone probably cares, but spitjack and dial-o-matic are apparently one in the same. I pulled out my injector yesterday and actually looked at the instructions in the bottom of the box (never bothered before ) and on it the injector is refered to as a dial-o-matic. LOL Who would have...
LOL I just started laughing about this question when I read your thoughts on Excel in your St. Louis tutorial.
We do agree on one thing though......Swift is the worse.
Looks a lot like the diamond plate smokers.
Might want to check out their website if you haven't already to get some ideas.
