When using fire bricks, do you just line the fire box with them or do you put them in the Cook Chamber as well for thermal mass
I'm new to this & if I decide to do this I just want to do it right the first time

I just picked up a few bags of Royal Oak that was on sale at Lowes, they were brickettes, when I got home the other bag of Royal Oak that I picked up last week was lump
Which is better for seasoning the smoker,( hopefully this weekend )

Well, I built it on Sunday, It took about 2 hours , the only help I needed was hanging the fire box as everyone said, the mods really didn't take any extra time, but of course the weather did as predicted & poured when I was close to being done with the build so I'm hoping to fire it up & season...
