I've read a few sites that suggest putting alcohol in a metal bowl in the smoker. I was thinking in the future or trying some ribs with JD in a bowl. Has anyone ever tried this method?
Thanks for all of the warm welcomes! Since it seems like a good amount of snow is melting I plan on seasoning my smoker this week. I bought Hickory chunks and was wondering if this okay to use in seasoning or should I buy something else?
