Hi everyone--

The snow is finally melting and I can see my patio for the first time in two months so I'm getting ready to season my new Master Forge smoker. I've read the instructions and they seem a bit vague. I plan on using hickory chunks (should I even be doing this?) but was wondering if I should spray the inside with oil. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated as this is the first smoker I have ever owned.

Thanks!
Greg
