I get you. On a still you are dealing with alcohol/water and not thick grease but same principles. You would need to use JB weld to glue it on. Other glue would get melted by the hot grease.

Thanks Old Sarge, yes it is still available in Canada. The MES 30 is essentially the same as the sportsman elite but has a different digital display and the placement of the exhaust vent is different
I have had my MES 30 Sportsman Elite for about 3 years now so I thought it was high time I did a review and pointed out the good, the bad and the ugly. Overall I really like this unit and I use it smoke just about everything.

A little something from the twilight zone here. Basically I rubbed a pork chop in taco seasoning, smoked in my MES with hickory, coated in Chimmichuri sauce and put it in a crunchy taco.
