    OK, i'm giving it another go tomorrow. This time i'm going to not suffocate the charcoal and put a few bits of charcoal in the main chamber for alittle added head, so we'll see. This time i'm also not using a rub but a beer marinade, so we'll have to see how it goes :D

    Yeah. I tough it would be the best. Mind you theres also 15% added onto thsoe prices(Woohoo for Canadian tax!) so yeah....most thins are more expensive up here as our dollar is only about 80 cents to you guys.

    I just smoked some side ribs, and they were alittle tough aroun the edge. I did them for about 5 hours or so and they reacehd abt an average temp of 180. Perhaps this was too high? If so any idea on how I can lower my tempt (I use a propane burner to burn a box of wood chips). Any tips would...
