This is basically how the missus became the only one allowed to cook potatoes here, excepting she does butter instead of oil, and steak seasoning instead of plain salt. The temp she uses is 375, but ours is a convection oven. Come out fantastic. :)

Happy to help. They're preferred over pork ribs by the missus, but I was getting annoyed that while the first attempts were delicious, they weren't as tender as I would have liked. I really think it was having the whole rack of 7 bones. Got them at Wal-Mart for $1.98/lb.
