    That is what I do , but when I do the long thin tube for snack sticks it will build up and turn to mush it simply will not go. When I grind meat it works great but for sticks no way. I think it will work in a stuffer tube is to small for grinder/stffer for bigger sausages works ok. Daveyhunter
