    Greetings once again from the Great State of Arizona. I just added a Bar-B-Chef offset to the line up and was wondering about any good moifications that y'all might have done. It seems to hold tempature real well until 'bout the 4 hour mark then drops off and I have a hard time getting temps up...

    I got a local ph# from the store locator on that site. They said it would cost $499.00 + tax and take about 10 days to get it in stock. There has to be a better deal from an online source but I haven't found one yet.

    Thanks, I did find the epod one and I forgot all about amazon. I read the reviews on amazon and every one stated some damage from poor packaging, has anyone else had that problem? I don't want to have to pay to ship something back or wait for replacement parts.
