PS Just foiled my ribs using the 2-2-1 method (baby backs). Pics coming in about 2 hours.
Started my first butt on the smoker this AM. Brined it for 12 hours Thurday night, wrapped it and put it in the fridge until Friday night when I rubbed it and put it back in the fridge, this morning I got it back out added a little more rub got the grill up and going and put it on about 8 AM...
