Started my first butt on the smoker this AM. Brined it for 12 hours Thurday night, wrapped it and put it in the fridge until Friday night when I rubbed it and put it back in the fridge, this morning I got it back out added a little more rub got the grill up and going and put it on about 8 AM. I am also going to do a couple of beer can chickens later today. Here is a pic of my butt, more to come. Edit: I really screwed up my pic trying to resize it, so here is a thumbnail.
