Hi Dutch, every once in a while me and my friend across the street smoke a bunch for our family, friends and charity events. Some buy'm some just eat'm. I'm smokin 3 more Thursday for my wife's parents 50 year anni..we'll eat good on Sat. :D
Oh yeah, I couldn't resist posting these picks of last weekend's smoke. It was so fun..........we started at 10pm Friday night and got done at around 2 or 3 Sat afternoon.

Joe that's quite an honor to be a judge bro...........not only that but your in for some good eatin. The only thing ya gotta remember is don't eat to much to fast. 8) We cook low and slow, now ya gotta eat slow on the go :D
Cheese? I think these would have been even better to put some kind of cheese in'm. Like layer of stuff then cheese then stuff then cheese......ya know what I mean :D
As far as the flavor of the peepers being to smoky, maybe the next time I'll lighten up on the wood.
