    Fruit glaze for ribs Quest

I’ve been trying to mix it up a little with my ribs. Usually it’s ether dry rub or with my bbq sauce on it. The last time was my sauce mixed with fresh purified peaches which was a real nice change. We are going to camp this weekend coming and there going to be 2-3 of us going who like a bit of...

Recreate Lube season, where to start

Thanks! I can and have just eyeball it but it was very simple stuff. I'm afraid it won't turn out and I'll have wasted a bunch of spices. Same thing here I made my homemade Sweet and hot sauce and threw a little of that lube seasonig and was blown away by the flavor. The gf though I was crazy...

Recreate Lube season, where to start

Hmm I'll try to explain it better. I'm kinda new to making my own rubs. So say I know I want sugar and then salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika in for spices, then rosemary, thyme and parsley as herbs.( just picked random stuff). How do you determine how much of each to use to start out for a...

Recreate Lube season, where to start

I really like Quaker steak and lubes, lube seasoning. I add it to my hot and sweet sauce to change things up. I'd like to make my own at home, I know it won't be exact the same and I'm not worried about that as long as it's close. How do you decide where to start out with a new rub? Is there a...

    Anyone hear of this sausage?

I'm pretty sure German. Thanks for the links! I'll have to give them a try. I took my SPS recipe and added fennel seed to it. I liked the taste of the fennel but to me I lost the sage taste. Of coarse my sage wasn't real fresh so I'm wondering if that didn't have something to do with it...

    Anyone hear of this sausage?

No that's all she gave me, no name, no region. I think it was something a great uncle or grandpa made it came up with. That's what I also thought, sage and fennel togather o_O But she almost 100% positive it had both. I'm going to start with my salt pepper sage breakfast sausage and go from...

    Anyone hear of this sausage?

my grandma asked me to make a assuage she use to have when she was younger. She doesn't know amounts but she said it had powdered fennel, salt, pepper and maybe sage. Anyone know what it might have been called? I put those ingredients into google but nothing seamed to come up

    Electricians needed

Here is what I did, power supply comes from the disconnect, neutral is bugged off, red and black to the 2 circuit power distribution block, ground goes to my junction box and the metal I used to mount the PID. From there I pulled one wire for each burner from the block to the burner, then did...

    Electricians needed

If it's none of the above I'll be having an electrician come out and look at it. I have one built just like this but it's only two burners and I've never had trouble with it. Thank you for all the advice

    Electricians needed

Itll be this weekend till I can get pictures. No they are mounted to heat sinks which are mounted to OSB. I'm thinking it has to do with the wires or the burners in the box itself as everything else seams ok and works properly. Where the wires hook to the burners, they are crimped to ring...
