I have about a 3.5Lb chunk of Pork Belly left over from Sandwiches and Bacon I'm having difficulty figuring out what to do with it...
Any suggestions, Please!!!

Sorry folks. It is a straight Pork Bone In Shoulder. I think that I was looking at shoulder sirloins so I grabbed a small-ish on. Turned out to be a different roast.
And a Pork Shoulder Roast.
Are they smoked the same way? Can I smoke it to the point that it's tender yet sliceable, or should I just go for pulled Pork?
I've got a lot of pork belly yet. Probably around 10 lbs.
When I get my mess cleaned up after last nights smoke, I'm going to lay out more of it for bacon.
After an 8 hour smoke I sliced the Pork Belly fairly thin. It's very tender but just a touch dry. It"s going to make some great sandwiches!

Ok guys, it's me again.
I have this pork belly that is too large for my smoker. But I really am not sure what to do with it. I want to make a little bacon out of it, but not sure what to do with the rest. The burnt ends sound good, but are there other things to do with it?

I went to a meat market and bought and entire Pork Belly. I was going to make a bit of bacon with some of it, but didn't know what to do with the rest. I guess I'm going to make some PBBE's!!!! They look fan-damned-tastic!!!!!
