    I have the burnt ends Nice looking Belly!! All chunked up. Primped and powdered. Out of the smoker. I don't have a clue to how these will taste. I used straight Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. I didn't have any honey, so....

    The last chuck I did I braised. This time, however, I don't have to time to do that. I'll go out and remove the water pan right now, Chucky is on 70F.

    After an 8 hour smoke I sliced the Pork Belly fairly thin. It's very tender but just a touch dry. It"s going to make some great sandwiches! (Sorry, forgot to take pictures.) Thanks for all of the help and suggestion!!!!!!!!!! Burly

    Ok guys, it's me again. I have this pork belly that is too large for my smoker. But I really am not sure what to do with it. I want to make a little bacon out of it, but not sure what to do with the rest. The burnt ends sound good, but are there other things to do with it? TIA!!! Burly

    Pork Belly Burnt Ends

    I went to a meat market and bought and entire Pork Belly. I was going to make a bit of bacon with some of it, but didn't know what to do with the rest. I guess I'm going to make some PBBE's!!!! They look fan-damned-tastic!!!!!
