    Put a 11 pound brisket on the WSM last night around 11pm just before bed. Injected beef broth and garlic powder and coated with Kosher salt and course back pepper. Woke up to this at 6:30, 165 I.T. Wrapped and added a little more broth. Now almost noon and at 198, almost there

    If you happen to have a Costco near you I really like theirs. They were $2.97 this week near Indy and very meaty. I only buy the ones marked natural at the chains like Meijer and Kroger. Of course at Kroger those are $4.99

    Well 6 are done and pulled. Last 3 hopefully done by midnight or so. I don't get on here as ofter as I would like. Don't get time to use the smoker that much lately.
