    Health Insurance Nightmares

Big weight lifted off my shoulders. Just got off long phone call with broker and I have UCH Gold plan and an Out Of Pocket coverage plan for about same amount I am currently paying. Definitely good to work with a broker. Best of luck to others looking for insurance.

Canned Jalapeno's Recipe - Hot Sauce and Pickled Done

Boy will this will clean out your sinus! I was hurting by the end. Did 6 pints simple pickle. Got two quarts going for hot sauce. Still have several left. I might try Cowboy Candy. A while back I made my Green Tomato relish. First batch came out really bitter and had to throw out. I...

Got this done today Jeff. I used extra sauce. It did curdle on me a little but did not effect the taste. Definitely had that Cuban flavor.

    Playa Del Carmen Trip Report

I tried yesterday. To much vinegar and not clear like theirs. They must filter it. I am sure its something simple but probably not going to figure it out. Thiers has just an amazing flavor. I starting to think maybe try something like this?
