    Weber Kettle Grills

Here is my 22” loaded with a full pack of Pterodactyl thighs over my vortex. You can pack a good amount of meat on one of these gems. G

Alright I declare both of these fatties delicious successes. I was especially impressed by the barbecue one. That one had mild Italian sausage as the casing. Filled with elbow macaroni and a mixture of velveeta and sharp cheddar cheeses. Added some pulled pork from last Monday. Then I drizzled...

    Weber Kettle Grills

The only con I can think of for a 26” is that it is more expensive. I love my 22” kettle. I have one of the copper colored ones. I’m cooking two fatties on it right now. There is nothing that compares to cooking with charcoal. I highly recommend a kettle and if you are fine with the higher cost...

A few pics of the prep. I didn’t get any pictures of the mac n cheese pulled pork one but it was a bit overstuffed. I will post some plated pictures once we serve these up. G

So I got the makings for two fatties. I’m going to make a Hawaiian pizza one with Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and some pineapple. The other one is going to have Italian sausage for the outside and I’m going to do the mac n cheese thing but I’m also going to stuff in some...

    Grill Suggestions?

I love my Weber kettle so much that I just can't ever imagine going back to gas or propane. That instant on just doesn't give me enough incentive since the flavor from grilling with charcoal just can't be matched IMHO. Looks like you have some awesome advice already but if you are wanting to...

    Life Somewhat Returning To Normal

We have friends in the Houston area who were without power for 30 hours. Just came back up yesterday evening. They say they are doing alright but it's got to be frightening. G

I'm wishing you and everyone in Texas the very best. I hope that the cold snap ends very soon for you all. I never take for granted my very mild climate here in So Cal. Take care. G

I really appreciate you sharing your recipe card. My wife has given this a thumbs up. She also likes the idea of a Hawaiian pizza one. I might have to make three. G

I had some of that brisket point cubed in some homemade mac n cheese and it was a new food group. I looked at your post earlier for this mac-fattie. Did you cook the pasta and then just drop it in the fattie with some cubed cheese or was the pasta uncooked? This is of great interest to me :) G

    Fattie Hankerin

I have a lot of ground beef but no Italian sausage. All of these suggestions sound good to me. We really loved that first breakfast fattie that I made but I haven't done another since. Man that Hawaiian pizza idea is very intriguing. I even have the pineapple already. I bought one of those...

    Fattie Hankerin

So I would like to make a couple of fatties this weekend and would like some suggestions about things to go with what I have on hand. I have a good portion of brisket point, I have some pulled pork, I have pepperoni slices, I have several blocks of various cheeses, but I want to make something...
