Grinder and stuffer would be the main things. I currently have a 7 lb Hakka horizontal stuffer... it works but pretty sure I'm gonna order the 10 lb LEM electric. It seems popular. I know @SmokinEdge likes his. I have a big grinder for when we grind venison for burger and bought a smaller one...
There's enough knowledge around here to teach you, and way more than enough enablers to help spend your money on the equipment you'll need! By the way, now would be a great time to purchase the equipment...LEM has a 20% discount until the 20th for all members! :emoji_blush:

Holy Smokes Batman! That's a heck of a spread! Nice work! You could always put a head of lettuce on the table with bottles of salad dressing ... salad buffet, make your own! Don't really recommend following my advice though! :emoji_blush:
