I shopped around and searched for data on dehydrators. The LEM I was looking at was all plastic, which I didnt love, and it had very few reviews. Most reviews recommended the Cosori which was $149 delivered on Amazon, so I ordered it. its got SS shelves and 22,300 people gave it 4.7 stars.
