Thanks Steve ! I was not sure how it would work out.. But the bacon seems to shrink up at the same rate as the shrooms while cooking so it kept them wrapped tight.

Looks great clifish!! I need to do more with eggplant... I like it but never think about it.. Tried some in the garden a few years ago but didnt have much luck with them.
Okay yeah I definitely do like the other said. Throw in some veggies in a stock pot and simmer for several hours. Makes a great stock for beans or many other things!
