Awesome cook! The first time I stumbled on picanha (@$4.99/lb) I had no idea what it was. I over cooked it and everyone hated it. Need to try again and do it right...maybe pot it on the rotisserie on the kettle?
I left a bunch of peppers on the plant (got lazy) all through the winter. Now my 2 x 4 planter is filled with plants like Datyl, fish and 2 types of hot Jalapeno peppers. Just starting to see some small peppers coming out.
This is what I caught yesterday off Orient point, NY yesterday. The one I am holding was at least 30Lbs and had to be returned to the water. Current NYS regs are keepers from 28" - 31" all below or over need to be returned. @normanaj what are the regs up by you this year?
I have paid to eat plenty of times and the meal never looks as good as Keith's.
I do like the green onions growing in the glass in the first pic. I am doing same now.
