    Howdy Blue. Long time no chat. For seasoning I use ol Pops simple recipe with red pepper flakes added. Mrs BD likes to help making patties. We smash the meat in a cookie sheet somewhat uniform thickness and she uses an old round cookie cutter. We don’t bother to weigh them.

    I loved my little WSM. Gave it to my son and he uses it a lot. I’ve done both. Now days I do not wrap anything. Wrapping tends to soften the bark . My family loves the bark. Good luck.
