BIRRIA TACOS / BIRRIA DE RES CONSOME
Probably a lot of you don't have a clue what this is. It's a Typical Mexican dish. usually made with Goat (Cabrito) This was made with a Chuckie. Cooked for several hours with stew bones , veggies and a ton of spices. The Chuckie is pulled and used for the tacos and some back in the liquid... -

Molly, loves everybody. We started getting her use to people right after we got her. Her tail wags all the time, beats against everything and everybody.. What looks funny to new people that come in , is seeing a 60# lap dog. She spends most of the day on my lap. Gary- gary s

Yeah, they have gotten a bad rap for way to long. All the Drugies and thugs like to chain em up and make them mean for Guard Dogs. It's a shame that a lot of people don't see that.
