    Weber kettle prices.

The Weber web site is lacking . It seems to be geared towards what they want you to buy . They're trying to distance themselves from the SmokeFire since the new one came out . At least it seems that way . If you need something for a SmokeFire , you have to really dig on there to find it . I...

Talk, to, me about Insta pots, please.

I bought a Whirlpool last year . It's all electric , but I love the air fryer . I have a Ninja 6 + 1 that I don't use as much as I did before getting the oven . Makes great oven " fried " chicken . I also got a third rack , which is really handy .

85% Lean Ground Beef for Jerky?

David , I don't do a lot of it , but I'm a 3 day mix everyday guy . Comes from my Tender quick sausage days . I would go overnight at least . Make sure you look close at the mix . Some have different amounts for ground and whole muscle .

Talk, to, me about Insta pots, please.

1/2 to 1 cup . Depends some on the fat content in the meat , and what I'm looking for . I usually compare online recipes to get an idea . I've settled in on using the pressure cook selection for everything , and around 50 minutes with a natural release for anything shredded . I do a lot of...

No ESPN / ABC on YouTube TV?

Yup . I saw that . Would work for a one or two time deal . The ESPN unlimited is a good deal . I'll run it until the NFL season ends , then most likely cancel , and reactivate as needed . Thanks for the info on that .

Would something like this work as a kamado type grill

Not a direct answer to the question , but I do briskets on a 26" Weber kettle . Set up with a 3 tier snake , I get 8 to 10 hours at 260 ish , depending on the weather . I don't see why what you want to do wouldn't do the same .

No ESPN / ABC on YouTube TV?

So you get the programming with that right ? The on air shows . Not just the pick something that already aired . I would say it's coming . If one of them was smart ( and not greedy ) they would offer a base plan with options to buy show series and a sports package . I had this house built...

No ESPN / ABC on YouTube TV?

Part of my enjoyment is ESPN Sunday NFL countdown , and the Manning cast on Monday night . At this point I'll probably go with ESPN unlimited for the rest of the season . I've worked to hard more than half my life to do without something I enjoy , if I can afford it . It's weird that after I...

You'll master that thing in no time . Chuck pectoral seared off in the pot . Onions , pepperoncini , garlic and some beef broth . 50 minutes high pressure , natural release and you're ready for some good eats .

No ESPN / ABC on YouTube TV?

Just cancelled the Fubo . Got up this morning and all the TV's with Fubo on it were set to 240 SD , and full of notifications from Fubo even though I checked the " don't bother me " box . Had a heck of a time getting them back to where they were . Default on the TV's is " Auto " so Fubo must be...

Dan , I have 2 of the 6qt Duo's . I love it , especially if you're short on time . Works magic on briskets flats for things like taco meat or shredded beef . Browns in the pot , then high pressure for an hour . I saw that . To small .

85% Lean Ground Beef for Jerky?

Worst case is you have a film of fat on the surface after putting in the fridge . I just wipe it off . Something that thin should force " too much fat " out of it .
