Very similar to what we see here at Conifer vs Lakewood. Its not worth the drive to just fill up, but when ever a Costco run is needed, im topping off almost regardless.
Funny, I just cut the corners off so they would fit better. Pretty sure they are 100% silicone. no stringy anything, very easy to cut. But definitely something to watch for.
I'll give this a try. I was overthinking the additional oil, but its the animal fat that is the worry.

As far as the Cosori dehydrator...I like it a lot. not too loud, made great jerky easy. Wife is excited to dry some fruits. We all win!
I feel like the silicone mats on the grates will save a lot of brain damage in the cook and clean up. Getting the stuck beef off the fine grates was kinda...
this was a first for me. new Cosori dehydrator, used a mix - high mountain original. mixed per instructions using 2lb of 92% lean, refrigerated overnight, used a LEM jerky canon. 165 4 hours was about perfect. Overall very pleased with the easy and outcome.
One question. The Cosori trays...
Highly recommend Quarantine Project. I love them - I have not tried the two that are listed as not very hot, because they are not very hot.
I got the "Hot Pack" as a gift from my daughter who also likes it hot. Very good stuff.
Horsetooth Hot Sauces are also top tier.
my pseudo hippy parents packed my lunch most of the time. Home ground wheat bread AKA Lead Bread and all.
Anything beyond that I must have blocked out. Zero recollection of school lunch.
