    Well this year I wasn't planning on smoking a turkey but the family wasn't going along with that idea so I did a test fit with a 13 pound bird and it fit the Mini just fine. 3 1/2 hours later the bird was done. Hope you all had a safe Thanksgiving Day!

    John-it could be your version of internet explorer. I have an outdated version on the work computer and I can't post up any pics at all. On the home computer, my tablet and my smartphone I use Firefox and never have an issue. YMMV.

    Shag, oldschoolbbq has you covered on the times. When I smoke fruit, I kick the temps up to 300-325° that's also the temp that i "bake" the cookie dough base.

    If you have done pizza on a BBQ, then do a fruit pizza. Use sugar cookie dough for the round, partially grill it, add smoked peach slices, pineapple slices, etc. drizzle with caramel sauce.     Why dry rub? Why not just season the pulled pork after it's cooked?

    Grillmonkey, Jeff's rub is some gooood stuff. It's my go-to rub for ribs and butts. I've done different variations of Jeff's rub by changing up the sugar or the chili powder. Folks always asks for "my" recipe but I tell them it's not my recipe to give away.
