    I agree with swede and m1tanker. I always get a shank (bone in) when I do the picnic hams. For the best pulled pork I use the pork roast. I am not adverse to saving money though.

    If you are going to grill that much all in one evening you will need more that that. If the chicken has bones in it it will take at least 30 min slow cooking to get done.

    Pecan!!! I found the Mother load. Base of tree was 3 1/2 feet in diameter. I got the whole tree for $100.00.
