    gotta make some pulled chicken...

    made pulled chicken just yesterday, my daughter in law brought over 8 lbs of  skinless breasts instead of thighs, i brined  then smoked for 3 hrs  with apple 225 degrees and pulled the chicks of when internal temp hit 155.  didnt want it to be too dry , thighs  best at 165-170 . the outside skin...

    i see you have a #2 Smokin-it ...just ordered myself a #1.... will be here next week ,would like to hear your reviews  and suggestions on the electric smoker.... as i have been using  weber  genesis with a smoker box and horizonal a propane smoker.

    skirt steak mesquite smoked

    i started out tonite wondering  what  meat should i buy for steak fahitas  the butcher at Sam's suggested  skirt steak. nothing on Jeffs site so i just thought well give the smoker a try. mesquite  wood ok  250 heat alright  most steaks  finish internal temperature 130 to 140  the wifey doesnt...
