The guy who found the Vegas Strip steak found the Flat Iron. Some more steaks are the Cap steak, the Denver Cut, the Baseball steak, and the Hanger steak. All of which maybe i might see around here one day.

Has anyone on here made SS with whole cloves of roasted garlic? I have seen olives, cheese, and jalapenos. Or maybe strips of roasted peppers mixed in. I was also thinking maybe some pickled capers would be one to try. Thanks for reading my ramblings.
