NEED HELP before I lose this. Is this a good deal for a used Weber Performer Gold?

That's a great deal I picked one up on Craigs List couple years ago. I love the propane burner for lighting charcoal. Pick up the Weber charcoal baskets from Lowes that's where I got mine. They work great for indirect grilling I use mine all the time.

    Has anyone used GDL before

Has anyone used Glucono-delta-lactone or Gdl in there sausages before. I know it has been used in fermented meats to lower PH levels. But have not used myself and was wondering if anyone here has used it before.

    A-MAZE-N-PELLET-SMOKER will not stay lit

Here is what I did I found a computer fan and a charger that was the right volts. Wired the fan to the charger then used some selftapping screws to attach it over side vents. Or go the smarter route and glue some magnets to the fan. I also fill my AMAZN with my pellets then put it in smoker(not...

Should I just piggyback off the one for power or will that not work? Also I need to figure out how and where to mount 2nd burner. Or should I just buy a 1200 watt...
