Tri tip two different rubs.
So I was able to pickup another bag of TT at GFS for $3.49#. Cleaned them up froze three and seasoned the other two and tossed them in the fridge till this evening. An hour or so before smoking I toss them in the freezer to smoke them longer which in my opinion works great! Seasoned one with... -

Beef Short Ribs--First Try
Lookin good, I had some once and wrapped some and left the others naked the wrapped ones were better. I don’t normally wrap other things but the wife isn’t a huge bark fan. Iirc mine were single or double bones at the most so that could have been the issue. -

Dry Ribs - I think I like them now
Great looking ribs! Wrapped ribs seem more like pulled pork to me. Another thing you can try is rotisserie ribs for another interesting taste. -
