I have refrigerated for three days and then reheated in a crock pot or oven with the left over juice for grad parties. I didn't have to travel good though only minutes to my destination.
That is beautiful. The pots are nice. The trailer and rig are beautiful. Do love a good powerstroke or any well made diesel, minus the 6.0 those weren't well made. Enjoy retirement to the fullest.
I believe they call it "season to taste". Start with a ratio that seems like you'll like it. Some people like more garlic, some want more salt. Just write down what you do it make it easier next time. Good luck.
Let's face it, if you eat it, it is good enough. If someone is making me dinner or lunch or anything I don't give crap what is cooked on (within reason). If it tastes good enjoy it. Life is too short to bitch about what rig is better. At the end of the day we all just wanna eat.

If you like what you are making who gives a rats rear end what Joe Blow down the street thinks? I have a Weber kettle, MES 40 and a Pit Boss 100SC. Only one i don't use is the MES, but that's because it needs a rewire and i don't have time. If you like it that's all that matters.
