When I have no apple juice and don't bother buying it at all now use;
10 ounces of water...............................or 1 1/4 cups
2 ounces off apple cider vinegar..............or 1/4 Cup or 4 TBLS.
1 ounce of honey.................................or 2 TBLS ( suppose brown sugar would work )...
