    Yeah, I am glad to get one more smoke before winter hits too hard. I sure do miss the fun of getting out on my smokers during the winter but at my age, I belong in Florida in the winter more than Minnesota.. Trouble is, I can't afford two residences.

    It is always good to save the juices from the smoke and add it to the final product. It adds flavor and moisture to the meat.
