    Bone from 5:30  Pulled Tasted really good. Nice and moist and good smoke. Did 14#'s so this was about half. The butt that was done way earlier was still hot and juicy. Tomorrow the finale.

    This one was done at 5:50. Fell apart when we took it off the smoker. Kinda weird that they weren't done closer together. 45min or so we will pull it. More pics to come.

    Am gonna use SoFlaQuer's Sauce. This is my first and lots of BBQ'ers seem to like it. Cooked today for tomorrow. Wife wants to pull and put it in a crockpot.
