    They do look great. I just cut around the fat when eating them. Most of them I have found have too much fat also. Glad you enjoyed the taste.

    Mes 40 any tips for cleaning window

    Single edge razor blade in one of those holder thingys and finish with Windex. Took maybe 5 min. Bearcarver told me about the Windex but mine hasn't been cleaned for a number of smokes. Razor blade takes 95% off. Windex cleaned the rest.

    Going to be using 2 butts for wifes b-day party. In order to have food for everyone on time am thinking of cooking the day before and reheating it. This way I don't have to be up a 3:00 am to start it but will if I have to. So: Is PP better the day it's cooked or the next or does it matter...

    Not sure what I am going to inject yet. Still have 2 weeks. Wasn't sure if you should inject thru the rub tho. If that's ok then that is what I will do.
