I was sort of thinking that way when I first set this up..
I am converting these recipes to articles which means the first post (the recipe) will be at the top of every page.
Even if we have 20 pages of replies, the recipe will be front and center on every page.
For that reason, I don't think...
Moving this thread to the top again and see if other people want to submit recipes for our brand new “Thanksgiving Central”.
Just shoot me a forum link to the recipe and make sure there are ingredients listed and step-by-step instructions.
Images are also really helpful.

We can’t seem to replicate this issue… Do you have any way of logging in on a different computer and seeing if the same issue is there?
I am trying to establish if this is an account level issue or a device issue.
There may be some differing opinions on this.. I always brine turkeys even if they've already been brined.
Here's my thinking.. I've eaten a LOT of unburned turkeys that are already injected and never once have I ever thought they were salty or had them end up as juicy as they do when I brine...

The origin of the word "spatchcock" is debatable however, for our purposes, it simply means to "butterfly" the bird.
Cut along both sides of the backbone and that Thanksgiving turkey will open up like a book allowing it to cook faster and more evenly.

There are many correct methods for smoking the Thanksgiving turkey as you might imagine.. this video is simply how I do it most of the time.
If you've never smoked a turkey before, I recommend you practice one a few weeks before the big day.

Yeah.. I'm still deciding how I feel about it. It saves a lot of room but you're right. A lot of you have great links, recipes, etc. quotes, etc. in your signature lines and I hope people take the time to toggle.
