Bradley makes a Great Smoker, but you are locked in to using their Expensive Pucks. I personally like options and other brands offer that. I have had my MES 10 years next month. No regrets but to do things all over...I probably would go with the Smokin-It...JJ
Finish the Cook. To reheat use the Broiler, meat 6" away, or 450°F Oven. This will heat and add a nice caramelized finish to the Bark. Wrapping and Cooler Resting is an option, but only cook to an IT of 190° for Bite Off after the rest. For FOTB, an IT of 200° will do it...JJ

Agree with Jake. Soaking Wood does little. My favorite example, I saw years ago on the subject, The USS Constitution has been a float in sea water nearly continuously for over 200 YEARS! Soaking your wood Overnight won't do a thing but get your Hand Wet.😁...JJ
