Mix good, cover and get ready for the next day. Let it on the counter.

Today I made some hot honey.
1 cup honey and 3T red pepper flakes. Bring to s rolling broil, stirring the entire time. Take from heat and cover, let the mix infuse.
So I mixed up my normal 500g mix.

100g hot honey
