drdon the gizzards are still chewy, i do not think you could do anything to them for them not to be chewy, unless you pressured cooked them first. HUH maybe something new.

heres the gizzards here, with the bacon. may sure you go through all the gizzards and wash them good, make sure to look them over and pull off the green looking junk on some of them...
