Good ingenuity on the rebar hangers, they look well built. You could probably hang it in the doorway and do pullups on it.

When you do the ribs try to get some open flame on/under them for a bit. It does magical things to beef!

things go on sale as "add ons" in the
past. You may think me crazy! lol
But just imagine your mod in all S.S.
and in different sizes to fit currently
available barrel smokers on the market.
I'd buy one in a heartbeat!
