    Yes and still working magic! Where there's a will there's a way! But now of course the mind moves to the thoughts of something more sheltered! With just the parasol temps were good with the Aussie heat beads.... Webber bricks.... not so good!

    Pulled pork is going to be very late!! Advice on keeping good untill tomorrow

    I'm in for the long game and happy with that. Currently foiled and at 189 on the smoker. But still have a couple of hours rest after it hits 205. I'l rest it and shred it then go back to bed Just a case of what's the best to keep it good untill tomorrow. What's best for reheating also?

    Hi all So my first pulled pork... I'd figured 6 hours. Bit were looking at 12!!! I figure it'l be done around 9.30 pm then a couple of hours rest so it' gunna have to be eaten tomorrow. How best to keep it? After resting it'l be around 11.30pm. Shred it and wrap it in foil too cool down over...
