    Deep Fryer

This one is serving us very well. Great design. V-shaped bottom, and heat doesn't originate directly from the bottom, reducing the risk of burning bits of crust and what not. Various sizes available.

    This is a little scary!

They are beautiful when no longer a threat. My wife and I watched this one for months until we deemed it safe enough to become decor. Hallway bathroom. Love it.

    This is a little scary!

Dang, way to close for comfort. Glad you took care of it! Damnable things!

    Sauerkraut

Nice! Motivational as well, been wanting to do a batch myself. Will it need to be weighed down? I use a Korean vessel with a lid that has a grommet type silicone edge around it that allows you to push it under the liquid and it stays there, with an air release hole as well.

Salt and Pepper no wrap Ribs and Even Embers smoker report

Beautiful ribs! Like many, love that smoker design. Trying to formulate a plan to convince my lovely wife that we need one.

Need help with Burgers for Church Cookout

I'd personally sous vide at 134 prior to slapping them on a hot grill, no flare, perfectly cooked and far easier with so many!

    storing casings

I do something similar, re-cover with salt, vac-seal, back into the fridge drawer.

    Damn wasp!

Funny, I was actually looking at that last night! Might be money well spent if it truly works. I won't be first in line to buy, but would certainly consider it if reviews are overwhelmingly positive.

    Damn wasp!

Too close for my comfort! I'd likely get stung and end up with spilled gas all over myself!

    Lets See Your Garden

My wife's garden is still going strong, peppers galore, tomatoes a plenty, freeze drying and saucing quite a few. Blueberries and blackberries have run their course. Carrots, radish and beets, maybe cabbage going in tomorrow.

    Party Wings on the kettle

Definitely some great looking wings! I love the addition of the nutritional yeast to the green beans, that stuff can be magic. Great on popcorn!

Love Cicada Killers, all bark and minimal bite. Intimidating as Hell though!

    Damn wasp!

Speaking of things that sting, just saw this beauty. Gorgeous but God help you if you get stung. Solitary Ground wasp, aka Cow Killer, Velvet Ant.

    Damn wasp!

Damn, hope this is it for you for a while! Friggin venom is so complex, scary! I wish you a speedy recovery! No one needs that hassle!

Man, that's the truth! Damn things!

    Damn wasp!

The itch after the fact is brutal, tough to satisfy it because it's so deep. Mine is still itching a week after the fact! Gotta look into that cream! Glad your event ended well, all things considered.

Glad it seems to be going away, scary event!
