We have found another go to bratwurst when we are craving that taste. These are the white (fatty) style brats, Franconian/Thuringian style, pork/veal high emulsification, not cured/smoked. Rather than the traditional German style, think Johnsonville coarser grind. German American style like...
The National Naval Aviation Museum (Pensacola) is awesome.
M.B. Miller County Pier, Panama Beach
Man in the Sea Museum, Panama Beach

If you like fishing, book a 4 hour early in-shore fishing trip. RadioGal and I just had a morning in-shore trip on...
I just like traveling the US and visiting local super markets and specialty food shops. I got some beef hock steaks. Don't see this cut in Ohio.
I am going to treat this like a single beef rib. Steaks are a bit thicker than an inch. I'm feeling Pepper/Bourbon vibe. Marinate in oil/Bourbon...
Get it out of the darkness without expos6it will fester and create no good. Ticking time bombs yes Covid kicked it all up a notch.
My SIL lives near Danville Ohio. Her hairdresser is Danielle the mother who turned in her son for the plot to terrorize Washington UFC event. It turns out...
That Ryobi looks great. We have a couple of 110v ones in the trailer. I am considering getting a small lithium 110v inverter. They are so light and versatile on the go.

You have the skills! Beautiful Workmanship! We did the tennis ball cannon thing too. Best memory was my friend Harold, built a scale civil war cannon in high school shop class. 45 caliber, barrel out of solid 3" brass stock, it was fun to shoot and accurate! Boy have things changed!

Not sure what size you are after. This is real fire, long and slow cooks, screaming hot sears and everything in-between. Big enough for a turkey. Special edition "Aaron Franklin" smoker grill.
I own the PKGo, but I can attest to the quality. All cast aluminium, Great seal and air control...
Thanks guys! I too am not home a few months a year. Will do a water test before any decisions. Water does not taste too bad no iron or sulphur. They say it's the most expensive H2O in Ohio. River and reservoir water. I did run a reverse osmosis system for my drinking and aquariums but that...
Huge! That needs a pair of 7000# axles electric brakes to stop it. Trailer should be heavy duty material or beefed up in spots. I use these guys for trailer parts. There are discount codes out there. Free ship on orders over $100

How much salt does a system use? Guess I could make multiple trips with salt.
I already fill the 5 gallon fuel cans 3-4 gallons. I have the strength but risk spilling it or knocking my back out.
Thanks

Never had a softener system in my home. Prior owner had a Culligan system [leased] but they wanted too much $$ per month. Fast forward today, now I have better water in our travel trailer. Just invested in an all stainless, Made in USA, Veteran owned. The system is sweet, no leaks its all...
Not much ash. I just used those coals for a longer smoke on my little PK. We are at North Myrtle Beach for our annual family get-together. It re-lighted fine, burnt for 5 hours.

Hey its a long while since a lengthy post but life is keeping me pretty busy. Extended snowbird trip to Arizona, Grand Canyon, 40th anniversary, gonna be a 1st time granddad! Life is good!
Decided to buy some Jealous Devil Max charcoal. Price not too bad at 45 cents a pound. Large hardwood...
This doesn't work for everyone. Have a friend who was in the peace corps down in Costa Rica. Take a 250mg vitamin B1 daily. We don't use any sprays or other deterrents. If we do get bites then they are very thick!
