I had the same issue when I was using an Inkbird sealer with Foodsaver bags .
Wasn't the bags as much as it was the sealer for me .
It would lock down enough to vac the bag out , but wasn't enough pressure to get a good seal .

Legally, I believe you can keep it, but the right thing to do would be to contact inkbird and let them decide. Chance are they won't want to deal with the returning process and restocking.

You may or may not be interested . I go through so much ground meats , I started using the reusable bags from Inkbird . I wrap the bulk in saran wrap so they don't freeze together .
Grab as needed , and reseal . Once they get packed and frozen , the bags stay in the freezer .
