I have the Ink Bird IBT-4X and downloaded the BBQ Go app.

The device is showing up in the Bluetooth menu of my iPhone 13 Pro-Max running iOS 16.2.

The app is not allowing me to connect with the device. It asks me to push a button on the device which does not exist.

Hello Inkbird:
I have tried the Inkbird Pro app and the BBQ-4T app. In both cases I'm having an issue trying to register. I fill in the region (not sure why it asks for a region), email address, and password. It seems to append the email address to the region, so I never get an email verification code mailed to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Inkbird, I have 2 Bluetooth 4 probe thermometers, probes went out of spec on one so just got another one since I couldn’t find probes only. I have a vertical offset and want to use one thermometer for box temp at different levels but can’t fing grill probes, is there any way I can just get probes and where can I find them? Thanks!

Just received IBBQ-4BW. Not sure about probes. Do I need to remove plastic coloured sleaves before put the into the smoker? Are they heat resisant and if they are what would be the max temp? Thanks in advance!

I just purchased the Inkbird IBBQ-4BW and I can connect to the device via Bluetooth, but can’t connect to my router for Wi-Fi. I’ve tried all options. I’m hoping to get this fixed before this weekend. Thank you.

I have just got the Inkbird IBBQ-4T also and I have tried both apps and it won't connect either. Phone is connected to WI-FI, location is on, not 5G and had them both sitting next to the router???

Just purchased the ibb-4t and CANNOT get any of the apps to connect. I tried the Pro, Plus and the BBQ-4T apps. I changed the password on my 2.4g network then even completely disabled my 5g network and STILL will not connect. It is 2021 and this should NOT be this difficult.

What is the difference between the two sous vide you are posting a 30% discount? One says Culinary Cooker and the other says Immersion Cooker. Please explain before I order. Thank you.
